The following is a questionnaire I like to use to provide me with information on the prospective buyer, so I can get to know you better and also let you specify what your preferences are.  Some of the personal information will be needed if you plan to have a puppy shipped (i.e. two phone numbers, address, etc)  Please take some time to complete and attach or cut-and-paste in an email back to me if you are seriously interested in being on the waiting list. 

Once the puppies are“on the ground” I will post the information on the website. Puppy picking order will be by deposit received. I also try to update the pictures at least once a week, I usually do this on Sundays.  Please feel free to call or write anytime, as it helps me to know you are motivated.  Thank you for your time.

Please note: I believe that crate training is useful, but that the period of time should not exceed 4-5 hours and should be supplemented with plenty of “quality time”.  I do not believe  dogs should live in a kennel run;  they should dwell in the home or a securely fenced yard.
